Maybe BejoIjo, could create the callouts. It would be a co-op effort i could edit the map, and buildings and some one could create the callouts, i don't know C# so you have to be able to program to do that. This would keep LSPDFR alive and interesting. Maybe even like a callout for a Biker Safe House raid's and Mafia Save House Raids, stuff like that even maybe Drug Lab Raid's. if they was a program out there to edit GTA 5 maps i would get started on creating on that and even probably edit or make other buildings for other scenarios and callouts. I use to create maps for Quake back in the day they became popular, i use to create maps for the rocket arena mod, and so most of my maps ended up on almost all the Quake 3 Rocket Arena servers, they was very popluar.
#EMERGENCY 4 LA MOD WALLPAPER HOW TO#
I don't think it would cause any game crashes, some one once created a mod / plugin where all the buildings was open and you can go inside, i think he did it for callouts.Īny way, i doubt it would cause any game crashes, just have to do it right, it would have to be some one who knows how to edit the map make changes to the map, the ability to create buildings or edit them and expand them and even edit the streets, so if you expand the main Police station you could do it and just edit the streets around it so you can make room, i think it would work fine. Once they decided to not pull over, then there is enough for us to go forward with an arrest at that point and search the suspect and vehicle no problem.
If it's because they got something in the car they are not suppose to have then we will never know until we get that car pulled over and search the vehicle and suspect.
So this is why most police officers will be determined to get this car pulled over to find out what's going on, most cases if the car belongs to the driver, we can look them up while cashing them and find out what is going on, and sure enough, it's a warrant or something. So this is true in most cases, most people even criminals who have a past criminal history, that don't have anything in the car or no warrants will pull over, if they don't there is something up. Normally when some one choses not to stop when pulled over for something simple like a tail light out or stop sign violation, there is something more to why the officer pulled the suspect over to begin with, normally it's because they have drugs or firearms in the car, or they know they have an outstanding warrant, or they are drunk, or the car is stolen, things that are more serious then a traffic violation. Instead, these lists should COMPLIMENT LSPDFR's already fun experience.
#EMERGENCY 4 LA MOD WALLPAPER MODS#
We are honestly at a point where people can make (or already have) a list of MUST HAVE mods to make LSPDFR more enjoyable, implying that by itself, LSPDFR isn't fun. Using mods like Bejoijo's and Rich's should feel optional, not forced because LSPDFR barely has anything. LSPDFR should have enough vanilla content that if we don't want to use a third party plugin, we don't have to. I love Bejoijo and his mods, but lets be honest here, he shouldn't have to make plugins that add in basic and core features of being a police officer (examples: spike strips, a proper backup system, in depth vehicle and ped searches, etc). I don't expect G17 to add EVERYTHING to LSPDFR, but the basics would still be nice. You can play LSPDFR vanilla with no other plugins (excluding callouts), but do you want to? No, because vanilla LSPDFR gets boring fast due to a lack of features. They didn't add a lot of features by default because "they didn't want to take away from devs who make addons." The problem is that G17 didn't find a balance between having features in LSPDFR and leaving the door open for devs to make addons. Someone already said it, but LSPDFR's focus was "let the community make mods for it".
